Liz is an actor, historian and author of the award-winning memoir, All About You, an Adopted Child’s Memoir ( find it on Amazon).  Her love of research and thrill at uncovering unknown stories has led to the creation of this podcast! 

Mark is happily following in his family's footsteps as an avid Storyteller and filmmaker. After serving as a local weatherman in Charleston South Carolina for over 10 years he left his love of meteorology and started a video editing company in town. His successes led him to be the editor of many documentaries involving the low country and the people involved in it. Today, he is a professor of video editing and design at Trident Technical College in North Charleston, SC.  Finding his grandmother's Diaries was one of the most exciting things to happen in his family and they have rallied together to enjoy the stories of Elizabeth Hartsell and her life growing up during the Great Depression.
